Minna de Yosakoi Project” is a project to preserve Yosakoi festival that is one of the most important cultures of Kochi. “Minna de Yosakoi Project” started in 2013 for people who love Yosakoi to unite each other and dance together in the finale of the festival.
We also aim to teach Yosakoi dance to children in Kochi so that they can inherit the Yosakoi culture with familiarity. We have worked hard to spread Yosakoi Naruko Dance as a teaching material.
Finally, in 2018, we were able to create and distribute the teaching materials to all 712 educational institutions in Kochi Prefecture with the help of many people. From 2020, we also started a project to send choreographers to elementary schools to teach yosakoi dance
